If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, here’s what to do:

🟢 In Stock Items

  • If all your items were in stock at the time of purchase, your order should have been processed and shipped promptly.
  • If there’s a delay, please check the tracking details for updates.

🟡 Backordered Items

  • If your order contains a backordered item, we have already placed an order with the manufacturer.
  • Backorders usually take 7 to 10 business days to arrive at our warehouse before being shipped to you.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

🔴 Out of Stock or Discontinued Items

  • If an item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
