You can return the following items as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and labels:

• Unused items in their original packaging
• Items that were damaged during shipping or arrived defective
• Items covered by the manufacturer's warranty (refer to our Warranty Information page for details)

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Sharpened or Baked Skates – Ensure proper fit before sharpening or baking your skates
• Taped Sticks – Must be unused and untaped for return eligibility
• Jocks & Undergarments – Due to the personal nature of these products
• Mouthguards – For hygienic reasons, these cannot be returned
• Special Orders, Pro Stock, and Team Orders – These items are final sale
• Customized Products – Includes jerseys with personalization
