What is the process for returning an item?Updated 2 months ago

At Hockey Supremacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 365-day return policy on eligible items. If you need to return an item, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.


1. Check Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused and in its original condition (with all packaging and tags attached).
✔ Not part of our non-returnable items list (see below).
Within 365 days of purchase.

📌 Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Sharpened or baked skates (once altered, they cannot be returned).
  • Taped sticks (must be in original, unused condition).
  • Jocks, undergarments, and mouthguards (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or Pro Stock items (including personalized jerseys).

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before proceeding.


2. Start Your Return Online

To initiate a return, visit our Return & Exchange Portal and follow the instructions.

✔ Enter your order number and email to find your order.
✔ Select the item(s) you wish to return.
✔ Choose whether you want a refund, exchange, or store credit.
✔ Confirm your request and receive a prepaid return shipping label (fees may apply).


3. Pack and Ship Your Return

  • Securely package the item(s) in the original box or a similar protective package.
  • Attach the return shipping label to the package.
  • Drop off your return at the designated shipping carrier location.

📌 Note: If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, the replacement item will be shipped once the return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier.


4. Return Processing & Refund Timeline

  • Once your return arrives at our Candiac warehouse, we will process it within 2 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Exchanges of equal or higher value: Hockey Supremacy covers return shipping costs.
  • Refund requests: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Incorrect or damaged items: If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping fee.
