✔ Currency exchange rates & customs fees (for U.S. retailers)

How to Request a Price Match

📝 Step 1: Ensure You Meet the Conditions

Check the eligibility criteria below to confirm your item qualifies for a price match.

🛒 Step 2: Place Your Order

• If you haven’t purchased the item yet, complete your order online and note your order number.
• If you’ve already made the purchase within the last 30 days, proceed to Step 3.

📩 Step 3: Submit Your Price Match Request

Email [email protected] with:

• Your new order number OR your original invoice (if purchased in the last 30 days).
• A screenshot, advertisement, or website link showing the lower price, with the date, price, and product details clearly visible.

⏳ Step 4: Review & Confirmation

We will review your request and respond within 4 business hours.

💰 Step 5: Receive Your Price Adjustment

✔ Before Purchase: We’ll send you a final invoice reflecting the price match.
✔ After Purchase (within 30 days): You’ll receive a Loyalty Crowns store credit for the difference, valid for your next order.

📌 Conditions for Price Matching

To qualify for a price match:
✔ The lower price must be from an authorized retailer within 30 days before or after your purchase.
✔ The product must be identical (same model, brand, color, size, curve, etc.).
✔ The item must be in stock at the competing retailer when the request is made.
✔ The price match applies to the final Canadian Dollar price, including all taxes, shipping, and fees.
✔ The product must be brand new, sealed, and in original packaging (not used, open-box, reconditioned, or display merchandise).
✔ The lower price cannot be due to a bankruptcy or liquidation sale.
✔ Price matching cannot be combined with other promotions.
