At Hockey Supremacy we process your order quickly and securely to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Here’s what to expect after placing an order:
🏒 Step 1: Order Receipt & Payment Authorization
- Our secure web platform automatically verifies your order, analyzes risk and fraud, and ensures that everything is good to go. This process keeps your information safe and helps prevent fraudulent transactions.
- Once validated, your payment is pre-authorized to secure your order.
📦 Step 2: Order Processing & Inventory Status
Your order status will depend on product availability:
- Item Available – Your order is in process and will be prepared for shipping.
- Item on Backorder – Unlike many retailers, we allow you to purchase items even if we don’t currently have them in stock. When you place an order for a backordered item, we immediately request it from the manufacturer, receive it at our warehouse, and then ship it to you. This is a normal process that we handle every day, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
- Item Discontinued – If an item is no longer available, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
- Shipping Surcharge Applies – In very rare cases, oversized packages or remote locations may require additional shipping fees. If this applies to your order, we’ll reach out before processing.
🚚 Step 3: Order Shipment & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and in your account here: Track Your Order.
- You can follow your package in real-time as it makes its way to you.
📬 Step 4: Order Delivery
- Once your order arrives, you’ll receive a confirmation email inviting you to share feedback via our Customer Satisfaction Survey and to join our Loyalty Crowns Program for rewards!
