I didn't order the right size. Is there any exchange fees?Updated 2 months ago

We get it—sometimes the fit isn’t quite right! There are no restocking fees, but you will need to cover the shipping fees to return the item to our warehouse.

How to Exchange an Item

We now offer an easy exchange process so you can swap your item for the right size or color (as long as it’s in stock). Here’s how it works:

  1. Initiate Your Return – Start the return process by following this link: Return & Exchange Portal.
  2. Drop Off Your Return – Once your return is dropped off, we’ll ship your replacement right away.
  3. Ensure Availability – If your requested size is out of stock, we’ll contact you promptly. If you see the item available on backorder, email [email protected], and we’ll assist you.

💡 Bonus Perk: When you choose an exchange for the same value or higher instead of a refund, return shipping fees are on us!

Important Return Guidelines

  • Items must be in perfect condition – All tags and labels must be attached, and original packaging (e.g., skate boxes) must be included.
  • Some items are non-returnable – Used equipment, sharpened or molded skates, taped sticks, and undergarments cannot be returned.
  • Processing Time – Returns are processed within 2 business days, and refunds may take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
