⏳ Same-Day Processing & Shipping

• If you place your order before 1:00 PM (ET) and your information is verified, we will process and ship your order the same business day (as long as all items are in stock).

📦 Order Processing Based on Availability

• Item Available – Your order is in process and will be prepared for shipping.
• Item on Backorder – Unlike most retailers, we allow you to order products we don’t have in stock. We immediately request the item from the manufacturer, receive it at our warehouse, and then ship it to you. This is a normal and hassle-free process that typically takes 5-7 business days.
• Item Discontinued – If an item is no longer available, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
